The DZKit Promise:

1. Advanced Engineering. Designers at DZKit are among the best in the industry, with a combined 100 years of experience in design and support of high performance instrumentation. When you purchase your DZKit, you buy with confidence that it will provide superb performance and years of reliable service.

2. Customer Service. We are committed to making your kitbuilding experience and usage of our products fun and hassle-free. Our manuals are detailed to help make sure you don't have problems, but if one arises you can call, write or email us and our experts will help you at no charge. If we've omitted parts in the kit, we'll make sure they are sent to you overnight (provided they're in-stock and/or available from our distributors; if not, we'll get them to you as fast as we can and we'll let you know when to expect them). We pledge to reply to your email or phone queries within 4 hours. If the answer to your question requires research on our part, we pledge to at least acknowledge your message within that time and let you know we're working on an answer. We monitor our "sales" and "support" email on weekends too, so we're usually available when you just need help now!  See our warranty statement here. Also see the Support button at the top of this page.

3. Complete Satisfaction.
Big Savings. Who says you can't save money by building it yourself? We estimate that we would have to add about 40% to the cost of our products by building them for you. Why? Let's face it -- amateur radio products are not high volume items like PCs. While we do get some economy of scale, it's not all that inexpensive for our subcontracted assembly houses to build, and for us to test, our products. Those costs have to be passed on. While we expect some extra costs due to warranty issues, bad parts, assembly errors, etc., we don't expect those to be as expensive as the cost of assembling the units for you. Secondly, you save money by buying direct. We'd have to add an additional 15-20% or more to cover the discounts to dealers.

Quality kits. We would not be happy making inferior products any more than you would want to use inferior products. So we make every effort to design our kits right, test them right and ship them without errors. We've also put some procedures in place to help you minimize errors in building your kit. (Learn how!) We also pledge to make kits that have some features you can't get anywhere else. Innovation is the name of the game. We're small enough to be able to roll your good ideas into new products quickly, so tell us what you want. We're listening!

Fun to Build and Use. You can choose to learn how your kit works by reading the detailed information on the design that's included in the manuals. Schematics and circuit board layout pictorials are also included. Even if you just want to build and use your DZKit, you can have the pride of ownership that comes from building a complex piece of electronics.

4. Worldwide Distribution. We've paid attention to international laws and power requirements. Our AC-operated products operate from 90-264 VAC 47-63Hz, allowing them to be used anywhere in the world. And the supplies have the required international safety agency approvals (CE, CSA, UL, VDE, etc.). We're working on RoHS and WEEE too, although kit products are currently exempt from those laws.

5. Liberal Credit Terms. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, checks and money orders. Want us to arrange a layaway plan, whereby you pay over a two or three month period? We can do that for you too. Just let us know how you want to pay and we'll do everything we can to help you out.
